1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

Business Information

When you create AI agents, we collect your business name, agent configuration, and platform connection details (Telegram bot tokens, Discord bot tokens, WhatsApp phone numbers).

Conversation Data

Messages exchanged between your customers and your AI agents are processed to provide the service. Conversation data is stored in session files on your designated server and is subject to automatic pruning based on your retention settings.

Integration Data

When you connect third-party services (Google Workspace, Zoho Books, Atlassian Jira), we store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your connections. We access only the data scopes you explicitly authorize.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the AnyAI platform and AI agent services
  • To process bookings, orders, and customer interactions through your agents
  • To connect and maintain integrations with third-party services you authorize
  • To send you service-related notifications and updates
  • To improve our platform and develop new features

Your data is stored on secure servers. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Conversation session data is automatically pruned based on configurable retention periods (default: 16 hours for active sessions, with archived sessions retained for reference).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:

  • To comply with legal obligations or valid legal processes
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
