Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by AnyAI Enterprise ("AnyAI", "we", "us") at client.anyaimy.com. By subscribing to any AnyAI plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The free trial begins on the date of account creation. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, the account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be suspended unless a paid plan is activated.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
AnyAI offers monthly subscription plans billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
- Starter — RM 398 / month
- Professional — RM 898 / month
- Enterprise — RM 1,688 / month
Subscriptions are activated upon receipt of payment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Fiuu (formerly Razer Pay).
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until the period expires.
We do not offer automatic self-serve cancellation through the platform at this time. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Once a billing period has started and access has been granted, no refund will be issued for that period.
4.2 Eligible Refunds
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate charge or billing error occurred
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation request
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our system fault
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the charge, and the account has not been used during that period
4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the subscription has been activated
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (we recommend using the free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of the charge
- Amount charged
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. payment receipt, error screenshots)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new rate applies from the next billing cycle or upon manual activation by our team. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for plan downgrades mid-cycle.
