These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnyAI Enterprise ("AnyAI", "we", "us") platform at anyaimy.com and all related services. By using AnyAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AnyAI provides an AI-powered digital workforce platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI agents across messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord. Our services include customer service automation, booking management, order processing, and business workflow automation.

2. Account Registration

To use AnyAI, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

AnyAI offers subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts with no credit card required
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AnyAI to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without recipient consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use AI agents to deceive customers about the nature of the interaction (agents must be identifiable as AI-powered)

5. AI Agent Responsibilities

As the owner of AI agents created on AnyAI, you are responsible for:

  • The content and behavior of your AI agents
  • Ensuring your agents comply with applicable laws and messaging platform policies
  • Customer data processed by your agents
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data collection and processing

6. Third-Party Integrations

AnyAI integrates with third-party services (Google, Zoho, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord). Your use of these integrations is subject to:

  • The respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies
  • Authorization scopes you explicitly grant during connection
  • Your ability to revoke access at any time from the AnyAI dashboard

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The AnyAI platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by AnyAI Enterprise. You retain ownership of your business data, agent configurations, and customer data processed through the platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your agent data will be archived per our data retention policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of AnyAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
